Each lists uses its own portable instance of MO2 and the only things that touches the Skyrim directory are the game folder files which are pretty much identical between lists. I used AVO as my first Wabbajack build, and now using Lost Legacy, which I find to be running much better / smoother. Graphics are fine, far superior to vanilla but not too extreme; I've also added a couple of further Mods, mostly companions and homes that I consider important and it all runs fine. 10/10.
