It didn't kill death. I had two deaths stuck on bookshelves while I was pummeling them with evolved axe, fire wand and other level 8 goodies. Didn't kill even one of them. they're invincible, most you can do is delay the inevitable, though it'd be interesting if the devs implemented some secret bypass for extra reward.

There is no achievement for 31-minute bone zone. And you won't ger morbane for this of course.
